Editing the User Dictionary

Open the Spell Checker interface and select Edit User Dictionary from the Options menu.

This option enables you to customize your user dictionary, by adding or deleting words. If you do not have your own dictionaries, but are using your domain's dictionaries, then this option will be grayed out because you cannot modify them. You can only edit the text dictionaries because the compressed dictionaries are not editable.

Adding Words

  1. Select a dictionary from the list. Only the dictionary that you selected on the Compose page will be displayed in this box.

  2. Enter the word that you want to add, and click Add Word.

Deleting words

  1. Select a dictionary from the list. Only the dictionary that you selected on the Compose page will be displayed in this box.

  2. Enter the word that you want to delete, and click Delete Word.
